Does theEMPLOYEEapp link to other corporate apps like timekeeping, wellness, HRIS systems?

Yes, we support many integrations to various systems including HRIS (ADP, Workday, UltiPro, Kronos, SuccessFactors). We also integrate with survey platforms like SurveyMonkey, Jebbit, or Qualtrics. And we can link out to Wellness Portals, Self-Service, Timekeeping, etc

Can theEMPLOYEEapp be used by contractors, part-time employees, union workers, etc.?

Yes, they can. Our Client Success team has many best practices for how to set up your groups and communicate with these groups of employees. 

Can I send out alerts and push notifications on theEMPLOYEEapp?

Yes, you can. theEMPLOYEEapp has the ability to add push notifications to any type of content (e.g. PDF, image, video, mp3, word docs, etc.). Or you have the ability to push out a text-based Alert. Both push notifications and alerts can be targeted to different groups based on worksite/department/role.

Can I use theEMPLOYEEapp to also communicate with non-employees (e.g. members of the community)?

We have an “open registration” option that allows for clients to open up registration to non-employees. If you opt to use this feature, you are able to control the content that they see, so non-employees wouldn’t get employee-specific information.

How Secure is theEMPLOYEEapp?

theEMPLOYEEapp utilizes several industry-standard security measures. All data at rest is encrypted with AES256 and all data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS with TLS v1.2. The mobile can utilize biometric authentication (fingerprint/face ID) to unlock the app. We also incorporate Captcha to prevent spam and bots from flooding the system.

theEMPLOYEEapp undergoes annual SOC2 Type 2 audit as well as vulnerability assessment to ensure that your data is protected and secure. The platform is also GDPR compliant for those organizations that operate globally to ensure user data is protected and private.

Can I use theEMPLOYEEapp on multiple devices?

Yes, theEMPLOYEEapp can be accessed on any smartphone or tablet using iOS or Android, or on any computer or other device via a web browser.

Do your employees have to share their personal information with us, like cell phone numbers or a company-issued email address, to access the app?

No. You do not need an employee’s phone number or an email address to log into the app. Employees do not have to share personal information to access the app. Employees can use a custom registration code that does not contain personal information to access the app.
