Prior to working with theEMPLOYEEapp, AvMed used a self-built Intranet that IT had to manage and execute all updates on. It was hard to access and could not be updated easily or quickly. As a result, employees questioned the accuracy and relevancy of the content. And this solution was only available to users connected to their network via desktop or laptop computers.
AvMed sought an employee comms app that would:
- Enable them to better organize content
- Have desktop and mobile access
- Be managed by internal comms and not IT
